  • (Page 2) We used the film name Ratatouille instead of the character name Remy.

  • (Page 3) We left the apostrophe off of the name "Disney's BoardWalk."

  • (Page 15) According to Disney, Epcot's World Showcase Lagoon covers 40 acres, although other sources size it between 38 and 41.

  • (Page 18) There are 372 rooms at Disney's BoardWalk Inn.

  • (Page 22) The map locations of the Swan and Dolphin should be switched.

  • (Page 22) Fantasia Gardens miniature golf is located on the left side of Epcot Resorts Boulevard, across the street from the Swan; it is not located west of World Drive.

  • (Page 46) Tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party are approximately $55 for adults and $49 for ages 3 to 9 (plus tax) if purchased in advance. Tickets at the gate - if they're available - run around $63 for adults and $56 for children plus tax.

  • (Page 109) In the Unofficial Tip at the bottom of the page, note that Disney will deliver your packages to your resort (typically to your resort's gift shop), where you can pick them up; package delivery to your room is no longer available.

  • (Page 110) TED, United's low-cost carrier, was folded back into United's operations in January 2009.

  • (Page 120) The Holiday Inn in Downtown Disney says it will reopen in the fall of 2009.

  • (Page 130) Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will have concierge ("Club level" in Disney-speak) rooms in 2009.

  • (Page 140) The Swan's "Shuttle Service" grade should be A-.

  • (Page 150) The Contemporary Resort's new counter-service location is named the Contempo Cafe, open now.

  • (Page 160) The Boardwalk Inn rooms completed their refurbishment in August 2008. This includes new paint, carpet, furniture and wallpaper.

  • (Page 161) The BoardWalk Inn's room measurement should read 371 square feet, which is the approximate area of the entire room including bathroom, closets and interior walls. Our measured drawing of an actual room indicates around 350 square feet of space if closets and interior walls are excluded.

  • (Page 169) Many of the rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort have been refurbished and re-themed to include characters from Pixar's Finding Nemo. In addition, the buildings at Trinidad South are being re-themed to a Pirates of the Caribbean motif. The Pirates rooms are available as of January 24, 2009 and run approximately $25 per night more than the same type of room elsewhere in the resort.

  • (Page 185) Disney is adding concierge facilities to its Coronado Springs Resort. Called "Club Level" rooms, concierge access will cost an additional $106 to $126 per night depending on season.

  • (Page 190) The Buena Vista Palace pool rating should be ***1/2 in the chart.

  • (Page 199) Ratings for the Holiday Inn at Walt Disney World should read N/A - the hotel is undergoing substantial refurbishment.

  • (Page 415) Disney has shortened its Advance Dining Reservation window from 180 to 90 days for most sit-down restaurants, through October 26, 2009. The policy will revert back to 180 days on October 27, 2009.

  • (Page 415) Online reservations are now available for Disney's sit-down restaurants.

  • (Page 423) There are 26 full-service restaurants inside the theme parks.

  • (Page 430) The Tusker House Restaurant is in the Animal Kingdom theme park, not the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort.

  • (Page 639) Beginning in early 2009, Fantasmic! will be shown only twice per week, generally on Monday and Thursday.

  • (Page 644) The Fantasmic! Dinner Package uses a special line, not a special entrance, for your party to enter.

  • (Page 666) Parking at Universal Orlando is $12 for cars and $15 for RVs.

  • (Page 677) The second sentence in the "Description and Comments" section of the Disaster! review should read "In the new version, guests are recruited for roles in a film called Mutha Nature, directed by an overbearing and conceited director of disaster flicks named Frank Kincaid, played by Christopher Walken, and starring an unnamed actor you’ll recognize as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.”

  • (Page 772) All Pleasure Island clubs are closed as of September 27, 2008, including the Adventurers Club, Comedy Warehouse, 8-Trax, Rock 'n' Roll Beach Club, Mannequins Dance Palace, BET Soundstage and Motion. Remaining open are Raglan Road, Fuego by Sosa Cigars, the Orlando Harley-Davidson, Curl by Sammy Duval and other outdoor food carts and stands. New restaurants and entertainment experiences are planned, including a dinosaur-themed restaurant named T-Rex, and more.
